Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Woog Education enrolments are final.

Our classes, examiner feedback, and digital resources are tailored individually for each student — once confirmed, they cannot be refunded, paused, or transferred.

If an issue arises, we’ll always aim to resolve it — whether that means adjusting your schedule, matching you with a different tutor, or refining your study plan. However, payments made are non-refundable.

Exceptional cases (e.g. verified medical emergencies) may be reviewed at our discretion.
